Hi @jeru10,
If you somehow can't remove this item by the website builder you use (WPBakery, Elementor…), you can try to do it differently… Open the page in Google Chrome or Mozilla, right click on ”Inspect” then click on the icon in the left corner, then click on the page right above the “item that must be removed”… On the right side the item's CSS classes will appear, add or change the CSS to “hide”…

1. i can't edit that div with elementor or WPB.
2. when i did " Inspect " the code of the div is -classid="block-2" class widget widget_block.....

Please help this old man! I downloaded the zip file which is 313mb and un-zipped it, however I only want to upload the betheme.zip file which is about 7.2mb. But can't find it. What is the correct way please? Thanks very much

Just delete those folders from zip file (if you want update old version to new one):
