I've also tried it to install it few times before it worked for me. Just try to install it again, if you're trying to install the same prebuilt website (after getting blank screen) you don't have to reset wordpress.

Little Update for activation method for 20.9.8.1.1

Step 1:
Edit the file betheme/functions/admin/class-mfn-dashboard.php and change line 250
from

PHP:

$response = $this->remote_post( 'register', $args );

to

PHP:

$response[success] = 'success';

Step 2:
Edit the file betheme/functions/admin/class-mfn-dashboard.php and change line 289
from

PHP:

$response = $this->remote_post( 'register', $args );

to

PHP:

$response[success] = 'success';

Step 3:
I don't want to any relationship between me and muffin's server. So let's remove register api urls. Maybe i'm little paranoid but i don't want to tracked in the future from muffin's servers logs.

Edit the file betheme/functions/admin/class-mfn-api.php and change line12-22
from
