Get ride of eror 503 on wp-admin
note (backup the website before try this )
1. go to file manager in cpanel
2. go to wp-content/themes you should see betheme fold make it zip and download it
3. download v26.5.1.4 from babiato (remember i was not using too old version i think was v26.5.0.3 )
4. now unzip the betheme zip you donwloaded from cpanel
5. now unzip the betheme which you download from babiato
6. copy all file your upzip (babiato version) to betheme (cpanel version uzip) and replace all files then make zip and upload and replace wp-content/themes/ << this location

no brother i am not using change theme at all

so thats how i get rid of error 503 and also update betheme version to v26.5.0.3 without losing any home page and other page data which was edited hope this will help others

You can try store1 because i tested around a month ago and it was working and u can try few random ones to make sure.
If it doesn't work then install an older nulled theme, import then update

Performance:
1- use a litespeed enterprize hosting eg: verpex < I'm using and it's great
2- Choose the nearest hosting location to your targeted visitors
3- use litespeed cache WP plugin
4- alter some theme files and copy them to child-theme directory
