You can update the theme only by installing then in wordpress dashboard. It will ask to overwrite, then you accept.

I have a license key, please show me how to get demos (Link to download demos from developer). I tried importing each demo on localhost but it took a long time.

I know if nulling will take many steps to edit codes, but I only need structure of the link to download new demos ( Example: https://repo.the7.io/demo-content/download.php?item=news&code=[license-key-here] )simple and hard at the same time
