I found a solution.
First of all, I decoded the code found on line 161 in the function.php file in the theme from https://codebeautify.org/hex-string-converter. As a result, he gave the address https://filedn.com/lbzTJlHIVNaSVuOTzWunY6B/bethemedemo/. Now I changed the current address by doing the reverse process. I changed the demo data I uploaded to my server as hex 68747470733a2f2f796179696e2e6d6f62696c726164796f6d2e636f6d2f64656d6f732f in my file and the result worked. There are some problems. I could not do it. I could not automatically import the slide demos. I imported them manually.
