Yeah that post is super dodgy I just did a quick field test, a fresh wp 5.5 no plugins just the theme which i paid (Regretting the lifetime membership already) and i just fiddle around twitter, bing (creepy) and little that I know the JS was on in the header of my theme it appears it started there. I spoke to the dev and he asure me am the only one with this issue, if anyone is using WP-Scripts (YEAH It's po** so don't judge) let me know please or report to support there

I'VE ON WP-ROCKET'S PORTAL SINCE LONG TIME . . . AND FROM LAST 2 WEEKS THERE NO HACK / MALWARE REPORTS/INFO FROM ANY MEMBERS AS WELL AS ANY ANNOUNCEMENT FROM WP-ROCKET DEVELOPERS . . . SO, REFRAIN FROM FALSE BELIEF THAT EITHER THE CORE DEVELOPER'S HAVE INJECTED VIRUS CODE TO THEIR OWN WP-ROCKET PLUGIN , OR ME WHO HAVE BEEN SHARING OFFICIAL RELEASE SINCE LAST 2 YEARS . .
SO, CONSIDERING THIS TOPIC IS EITHER CREATED FOR DIVERTING TRAFFIC TO THAT PARTICULAR ONE GUEST BLOG POST MENTIONING ABOUT THAT VIRUS , OR AN ALARM CAUSED BY OTHER RESOURCES . .
