You must been missed something or deleted something else, you can send me the file "verification.php" to check it for you

friends, how are you? there was a problem in my script, I was doing the translation via the database, because I couldn't edit it in the administrator, it gave an error and my machine restarted, so far so good, but when I went back to access, it kept giving an error, I couldn't do it anymore access my script working, so I went to install again and I can't anymore, I'm stuck on this screen even though it's the same script with changes already made so I could install! someone to give me a light? Note, I already tried to put my data there and it doesn't pass!
