I paid him through PayPal so I could dispute the transaction incase it turns out to be scam.
And I've not had any reason to do so.
aside from the fact that you may have purchased another account of your casino. please compare this person's past IP records with the IP addresses of the people you banned before, he said that he has dozens of accounts and he said that he gets banned all the time, the reason why he supports someone who gets so many bans may be other Multi accounts
