In my case everything is working, you should wait for @TassieNZIt not seem to be working.. Extension section not even showing up.. Cleared cache, tried on other website but same issue.. (i switched to free companion plugin and then extension section shows up)
So i have managed to fix the issue.. Problem is that blocksy plugin dont have proper permissions... Giving proper permission to folders and sub folders of blocksy plugin will fix your issue.. Pro plugin working fine now..

How i came to know that it was permission issue, well i checked in cpanel > Errors, it showing bunch of permission denied errors in blocksy pro plugin folder that is how i know it was permission issue.. It is fixed and working fine now.. Facing no other issue for the time being.. (if you also look at errors in your cpanel, you will also going to see permission denied errors)
So, GSP bro is not lying that plugin is working.. Plugin is actually working, its just that it dont have proper permissions..

Permission was not proper (and it can happen sometime, hosting configuration might be different, not a serious issue)... And no, it is not going to be security nightmare... Just give permission, same as other folders... and if you really paranoid about security, i can assure you file is clean, cause i also have paid version of this plugin. If you like, i can share it with you.. Just compare code and see for yourself (only blocksy-companion php file is modified)... You can also easily detect backdoor or any malicious code if you even have a little php knowledge..
