Unpacking the package…

Installing the theme…

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

Theme installation failed.
Relax :coffee: and install Blocksy Companion right from Plugins => Add New menu because it's not a theme.

Does anyone know what the trouble is?

P.S. The error is displayed only on plugins page in adminpanel. It doesn't seem to affect the functionality of the site. Tested on 3 sites - the same everywhere!

When activating the plugin Blocksy Companion Pro encountered a critical error. Theme Blocksy and the plugin installed on a clean version of WP 6.0.2

@Tomz How can fix this error?

Hi, I tried to install a "Starter Site" and received a failure notification about I need to change some PHP values on the server to do it again.

After the changes, I have this message in the Starter Sites section:

The connection to our demo.creativethemes.com server didn't worked. This connection is required for importing the starter sites from our demo content server. All you have to do is to contact your hosting provider and ask them to white list our demo server address.

Does anyone have the same problem? Any fix?

There could be many reasons, but first 2:
01. Check if You have salt keys generated in wp-config.php file (eg. Local by FlyWheel have bug and not generating it.) - If no keys - just generate it - the link is in the wp-config.php file.
02. Your hosting provider has advanced firewall & security mod ON. Check it in cPanel, but probably You don't want to turn it off. Better solution is to make local copy (import demos etc.) ant then import it with wp-all-in-one-migration or another migration plugin.
