today may be it ok, tomorrow Google will notice that is fake traffic and block you ( and your work) somehow (example don't give ranking because of use of fake traffic) .
- when you know that they know and that will make more harm than good in you work in the future, why you use it ?
- why use case of a fake traffic bot ?
- how can we identify that a traffic is fake (in a case someone buy traffic) ?
I remember this site call what Hits something, they let you try for free . is Fake traffic and it do show on Google analytics as " traffic " but is useless. end of the day. Google is not " stupid " end of the day. I actually explore how on earth people can " sneaky earn so much from Google Adsense " I happen to know some using VPN proxy ownself click the ads , as long you don't be greedy , they claim Google will not detect it as " unusual " , some so call " legit way is to buy FB ad , etc ads to promote their site " . End of the day I never try all these.
there are many ways to get real traffic the only issue is some how a validation of these if it is fake (bot) all or a %. We need a tool like that before start sending traffic to our projects

my recommendation is simple
1) find a reliable traffic monitor tool, the best must-have fake bot detections so calc out the face traffic if any
2) use both email automation
3) cheap paid ads
4) the traffic monitor tools will give the data what is best
5) multiple realistic tests must be done, also there are many cheap paid ads vendors and strategies to try
