1. Bricks Ultimate isn't builder - it's addon to Bricks Builder.
2. Bricks and Elementor are themes and you can't use it simultaneously.

I have a problem with the mini cart. When I remove all items from the cart, the last item is not removed. Fatal error \wp-content\plugins\bricksultimate\includes\UltimateQuery.php on line 452. Does anyone have this problem?

I don't remember if it's allowed to post links to other sites, but this is urgent:

TLDR: the creator of the plugin has a backdoor in it that checks if the plugin is nulled.
If it is, he will nuke your site.

I'm just notifying in case this the person, who's Nulling this, has not noticed.

EDIT: From the comments I read in the linked FB Post, this plugin has a trojan built in by the official author.
It will DROP THE WHOLE DB if his script doesn't detect a license key that is checked with his own db.
