It just says not able to import.... I am trying it from a local server on ampps tho maybe that could be the issue? I'll have to try it on actual server and see if that solves the error. Thanks for your reply

This is most likely caused by php limitations.... Goto bridge dashboard, system info and it should tell you what is needed. You may need to increase max post size or memory limits.

Hi
I used this theme for a customer, and now after some days, I saw the font like ??????????? in some places of the site.
specially in text boxes. I used this theme in an RTL language, but didnt change anything. it was okay, but now, I saw this problem has happened in the site.
is it possible that problem comes from Visual Composer? I updated it to the latest version last week

help and guide please

If you're having same issue as me then you need to add the following to the end of your httpd.conf file:
