It sounds like you will need multiple tools to handle what you want.
I have forwarded you info on ticketing and knowledge base at a different post (uvdesk, os ticket etc)

For ordering you will also need a solution like Whmcs, blesta etc which can also handle billing, ticketing, customer orders and more with additional modules.

I would definitely stay away from custom development which will be costly unless you can develop it yourself. However you can use multiple solutions and tie them together in a portal, which will not cost that much especially if you use opnesource.

If you are concerned about the image of your company then you need to use something like Salesforce which will cost you pretty penny.
