This is how I bypass Gmail phone verification. I only recommend using this for your sub-account and not for your main account.
Here we go.
1st Method:
1. Use your phone or Android emulator (BlueStacks, LDPlayer, etc)
2. You don't have to use VPN, just own network
3. Now, install Chrome, Edge or Brave browser
4. Use good proxy, public or private
5. Google for random stuff
6. Proceed with creating Google account, it won't ask for verification
2nd Method:
1. Use your phone or Android emulator again
2. Go to settings
3. Find Add accounts tab
4. Create Google account over there, it won't ask for phone number
