https://whatcms.org/?s=medex.com.bd Check this, this page is using Laravel, so, u can only copy design, but the system to add products and more cant be copied. Search in babiato templates for laravel.

Plus we are designers not thieves

Shouldnt go around sealing people hard work so you can pass it off as your own

this can be done using Oxygen Builder (Wordpress) for Front End, and the Back End using Metabox

Yes, a good WordPress developer and designer can get this done. It'll take time no doubt but it's not impossible to achieve.

Elementor Pro and JetEngine will get it done.

You can use this laravel package: https://bagisto.com/en/ to build a standard e-commerce application. It only requires minimal tweaking on the UI to have a good looking and professional e-commerce website with all the backend functionalities you need (e.g., products upload, etc)
