I have'nt any profession in wedding organization ! but for web design , I recommend you :
1- Find your competitors and take some ideas from theme
2 - Search in themeforest, envato elements for theme
3 - search in awwwards.com/ to find some professional designs
then combine them and make a unique thing, there isn't any complete thing for your needs , you just have to grow your ideas then find something that is near your idea and customize it
