Hello, so I would love to know if I can do that and if someone shared how it can be done.

Yes you can. If you're using a WordPress site, install Monster Insight plugin which will allow you to view your visitor's location country as well as the source of how they came into your site from which website.
Thanks for your response, but I am using formidable forms and geolocation formidable form addon. So I built a form where users can book a delivery order, but it displays default map location or I can input latitude and longitude for the default map display, But I want to display users current location on the map field. And couldn't seem to be able to do it.

It's a bit tricky since you're relying on a particular plugin that was not designed to do that for you. Don't you want to create a field where users can insert their country? Otherwise, speak to the form developers about whether they can customize such a feature for you.

Ya I have created a field so users can insert their country, etc... but when they order next time I want it to display their previous location and addresses as a second option that would be great. Maybe using cookie plugin or something similar, and since am relying on this plugin guess there is no room to expand the functionality unless i talk with the developers.

It's hard to give me a clear answer without knowing what language the website is coded in. For example, I usually code with Laravel and with the GeoIP package I can see the country / city etc of the users. With the Google maps API, it may be possible to show their location on the map by using this data. Of course, it is not so easy to find their exact location. After all, it's a violation of the basic privacy policy :)
