Just increase the memory and execussion time

version 6.8.0 whenever i try to upload an image (theme, profile.....) i get an error 500 , and also cant create a new shipment, as i enter all the shipment information and click create but nothing shows in the shipments list.
any one have an idea for how to fix this error??
