Castr.io or Restream.io Php Script

First of all is the totally wrong section to ask for that.
Second I think you don't actually realize the computing power and servers behind services like that. It's not a PHP script to handle all those. It's a whole streaming engine with decoding, re-encoding, storing and streaming service.

If you wanna build something like that you would need more than those few bucks you pay for a php script.
I know it sounds like easy money thinking: 'Hey, I'm doing a re-streaming service and I'll charge others some amount and get rich" but it's not like that.

From my own experience, building and maintaining a simple streaming service for online classes with load balancers and turn servers and all ended up costing around $900/month for about 1100 students and teachers and this without mentioning the struggle of technical support for the whole system.
