Hi Tomz, I have a question

I downloaded the addon but I am having an issue, when installing.
It says


Confirm action
We found some errors while trying to install the following add-on:Chat 2.0.16
The following errors must be resolved before continuing:
  • This add-on cannot be installed/upgraded because 8 files are missing.
thats the exact thing that pops up when trying to install on XF


edit: Got it working, was my mistake,, however now it says

Service Unavailable The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

This came up with my previous addon I tried, so im worried, thank you

Fixed it, it was an issue with my php exec()

Added admin option to set the maximum image upload file size.
Added room option to post thread replies back to chat when using the "Thread ID" room feature.

Fixed setting issue with roll command. Edit the command and save it again to update the settings properly.
Fixed bellow breadcrumb position issue where you can end up with two chat instances.

Users are now removed from the list when they are not active.
User chat status is now updated when user list is updated.
Conversations can now be opened in a popup window.

Bugs Fixed
Random double update requests after some refreshes.
When using the logout feature and having rooms that users cannot leave, tabs still get removed from the chat.
Bot avatars can end up with broken images even when not using avatars.

Added option to reset joined rooms for all Chat users. This can be useful if you want to set new default joined rooms or if you want to set up the Chat as a Shoutbox. The option is found in the Options user menu and requires permission "Reset user data" under "Chat admin permissions".

Added admin option to strip bb code from thread posts when using the room option to post thread replies in the room.
Added admin option to disable the right side navigation chat icon on mobile view.
Added admin option to choose which message types to display in the archive.
Added "Sanction user" option in chat options menu for easy access.
Order conversations based on new messages.
Added user group permission to allow room admin options.
Added icon next to the room title in room list for private rooms, viewable by users with "Join any room" permission.

Bugs Fixed
Fixed an XSS security vulnerability. Thanks to @oza2012 for reporting it.
Fixed an issue with /roll command where you could roll 0d0 or 1d0.

Hello. I installed the chat 2 add on but the chat tab or room is not appearing anywhere in the forum. The permissions are checkmarked and everything looks OK and functional but there is no chatroom! I appreciate any advise to fix this issue.
