Chat - Support Board - OpenAI Chatbot - WP v3.7.9

i have already gone through this requesting data, but it never went wrong.
check your wp user and see if there's anything missing there.

I try to disable all plugins and see if is maybe some conflicts, but Support Board again is not working.
Is possible to add that WP email and password somewhere in plugin files?

It does not allow me to synchronize my users that interact in my wordpress, with the php web application. They are not updated, it is only reflected in the wordpress panel but not in the web application.
