If not working something is wrong with plugin or installation..

I understand that you don't see the menu for handling the extension, which is why I sent you the link directly to the plugin administration. This means that when the plugin is installed and working, only the menu is not displayed in the side menu, you can use the link I sent in the previous post to get to the plugin administration (yoursite.com you have of course replace with your domain name..).

Tested on sandbox with my v3.5.2 that works and logs in just fine with own WordPress credentials.

Overwrote v3.5.3 from main download history tab and worked fine still and straight into chat screen..

@Tomz downloaded your first v3.5.4 and installed and worked fine for me, no issues just had v3.5.3 showing bottom left corner.

That has been fixed and main downloaded changed to new version.

Thank you for the share, but how to install and activate the app plugins. I get presented with a window to enter activation key when i click on DialoFlow. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Same problem with Messenger App. Anyone can help to null it. Thank you.

Last time I tried, it needed to do the onboarding process through the supportboard website. Did they change that?

The addons will need to be modified to be able to work with the main plugin here.
You won't be able to simply install them through the plugin itself.

For those who want to test Support Board Chat with a few apps already installed, then test this version here.

Plus for those who are wondering about getting Dialogflow to work with this, then you are better off buying it as you need a genuine key to connect.





To connect a Dialogflow agent to Support Board go to Settings > Dialogflow, click the button Start synchronization and save the token. You need also to enter the Project ID or Agent Name of your Dialogflow agent. follow the steps below:

Fixed, but no guarantees that everything will work, I know Dialogflow won't without genuine purchase.

i uploaded version 1.1.0 here in babiato but my support board stopt working
after i removed woocommerce files everything back to work

As far as I know in the forum, only the same version as you write is available (this topic download - page 18 post 349).

By the way, don't you happen to have a Telegram extension for SupportBoard, or the possibility to download it using a valid license from a licensed SB? I have legal code for the TG extension.

I have version 3.5.2 installed and working. Try the lower version.

Just use the main download for the thread with the blue download button.

It shouldn't take ages to login, for me simply log in once with WordPress credentials and logs in very quickly, maybe you have something blocking it like third party extension or other things running at same time that is causing conflicts.
