Do you apply well the settings?

It's not getting displayed for me as well. I have added the JS code in my other website where I want to show this chat widget. But its not displaying. Can you please let me know what additional steps you did after the successful installation of script.

• Edit the file supportboard/config.php and enter the code define('SB_CROSS_DOMAIN', true); at the end of the file.

Yes, It's a tutorial on wordpress platform. But you can find a similar function file, same code structure. You can try it and see if it works, I don't have a dev version on the server to report the results to you.

What I mean is the support board chat widget does not recognize even if I'm already logged in in my Active eCommerce website. My purpose for this functionality is that when customers log in, only then the chat widget will load.

Sorry I wasn't clear enough with my last post.

I have managed to do this on the Wordpress version. I really don't know how I could do it with the PHP version.
