Beware! As per ICANN policy Domain name is within 60 days of initial registration cannot transfer. Don't fall in the trap.

He claimed to buy your domain for $3 , but user's should know instant domain transfer from one provider (ex: GoDaddy) to another (ex: provider) isn't possible FREELY . . Transfer to another provider requires additional payments . . .
