I could confirm both of your links can't be downloaded as well. It keeps loading for a long time.
What I tried to do: download the 4KMP4 (h264) - 32.3 MB and HDMP4 (h264) - 5.8 MB. Both didn't work.
I also tried to download from the related videos, e.g. this one:
https://www.storyblocks.com/video/s...king-at-desk-in-call-center-rkcla0gebjxd6ncd4
It didn't work as well.
But I tried other videos in other categories, e.g this one:
https://www.storyblocks.com/video/stock/undomesticated-cat-walking-in-forest-htg-13oytsk1ysxh50
and this worked like a charm.
Hopefully this would be a helpful report for brother ddpanda.
