So here's the review after the service is done:
1/ I paid the fee ($10.77 at the time) and send him the description of the site I need traffic and PayPal payment ID.
2/ He promised to work on it.
3/ After a few days, he sent me a link which I can check the traffic that's going to the website (which is a bit.ly Pro link? anyway here's what you're going to expect:

Ordered June 20, finished June 29. He asked me first if I still want to do it since I only target US viewer and he can do roughly 70%-80%. Overall, worth the price, really good communication.
An interesting metric would be how many people took action. Like sign up, etc

As you can already see in the images it says ": IF you would like to see referring channels and location data, login or sign up for a free account."
It shows the channels mostly they are social referral and direct hits which you can see.
