Hello, Once you log in at https://customers.hivium.com, go to My Services.
You will see your service which is active. Click anywhere on that row.
You will then see an option, Login to cPanel, click on it, and it should show you your hosting panel.
Also, please verify your email, I have resent you the verification email!
If you need help with anything else, please feel free to create a ticket!

Well then I have to transfer my domain name to your server, and that cost USD 15.95 and that's exactly the price if I would purchase a domain from you, doesn't make sense.
Domain transfers are always free, it includes 1 year extension and so the $15.95 price. If your domain is expiring on 31st Dec 2019, it will be extended to 31st Dec 2020 when you transfer it to us. I hope this clears things up for you!
