I am not saying you are not licensed, but my concern is... what if anyone used any of the image/vector/icon/or anything else from the downloads you offered and caught by the websites? Does the subscriber of your service have any license to show them? Or do they have to face the action?

Feel free, my friend, because my service is only aimed at helping you save and reduce the hassle of creating accounts and spending a large sum of money to purchase services. Moreover, you still have full rights once the files are downloaded as it's not fraud.

My friend, I am not questioning about you. My main concern is, what if they ask for the licence for the project anyone have used from your service. Will you provide the authenticity for that? My friend, these issues can lead to a major problem to anyone who subscribe your service and you might not be in position to support him/her/company to provide your assistance regarding the legal issues... And that's my only concern, please help in this. Thanks n Regards
