Hi guys, does anyone know any software or script to convert a video in multiple resolution 720p, 480p, 360p and output it to m3u8?

You really want to output to m3u8? I thought to mp4 in different dimensions.
I don't know any video editor that can do that outputting to m3u8.

m3u8 is just a playlist of files in a collection.
You can use VLC to create the m3u8 (list).
You can see this when you select "save playlist to file". There's an option there that says "m3u8" type.
