When trying to access user dashboard, I receive 500 Internal Server Error, what could be the issue causing this?

thought the script company removed the ioncube loader on the new version but am still getting the error that i should enable it don't no why

No, they removed CredByteCode

Make sure you are using latest core and addon versions, core should be 2.0.3 while addons should be 2.0.4

Updated to core 2.0.0 and updated the Addons aswell to 2.0.4 but still getting the error.

I meant to say 2.0.3, sorry for the typo. Like if go on loans then click all it gives me the same error 500. I have updated to 2.0.3 please refer to the screenshot attached. Also when I click on all tickets, and when am trying to approve a manual payment

Login to admin, navigate to system and enable debug mode, then reload the page and post the error

This actually worked thanks there were other tables
