They've been floating away from their own framework, onto Tailwind CSS.
Just a means of sorting; as I most-probably don't have to follow up on those anymore.

Versions updated overall
Separated design/Vue/Livewire/React/HTML packages so you can grab only what you want.
Versioned those zips separately too, based on the changelogs
(They do have changelogs, they're just separated per technology, that's why I separated them here too.)
Structure might change for some folders over time.

Yes I've noticed a few minutes ago that for Themes which aren't in deprecation mode the CHANGELOG.md is inside HTML, React and Vue folders because it can be they are at different versions. Great job!
