I think the problem with this add-on is that it works as a report on the domain
I've nulled CS Cart Multivendor CMS only. AB themes and modules — are not nulled so you will see error on installing them.

All add-ons for the theme will work

Maybe someone finally knows how to change the code and get full access to cs-cart? Because now we can't activate the theme module "AB: UniTheme2 (Multi-Vendor)".
(We changed config.php file but nothing happens)
