I think auto php licencer cannot be nulled, but it looks like you overcame it ,, great

Installation went smooth..applied the patch, but when logged in as admin it shows "Invalid Script License" . However, it allows to create regular accounts just fine.

in my place there is no such notification, but it can be resolved by simply deleting a little code

have you tried to login using "admin/ admin" ? it just displays the "Invalid Script License" and blank page.. nothing else
i have a screenshot with a regular account logged in which is fine..
i can bypass it for a current session ,In isql copied the md5 string from role_ids admin account to regular account and admin session was fine until next session , where again ..it is blocked. so there is a call to license server or something where admin account gets invalidated

please let me know what i need to modify or provide a file..

You need to apply the patch correctly
The function that display the Invalid License notice is from a helper file "my_basic_helper.php".
The name of this function is "my_clic()" and it used once in the "user_model" at line 246, when we try to login as Super Administrator.
You need only to follow instructions of the patch, there is no other trick to do !
