You don't have to ask for the latest version. Taking and posting someone else's work on your own behalf is one thing, but having a template and knowledge to nullify - it is another. The one who posted the template is an ordinary rogue. He can't post a new version because he doesn't have one and never had one.
I know this because I made this null and posted this template. If there were fewer such people, then maybe I would post the latest version.
