if you failed to add user, try for a few times, then open your domain without path /install ,example.com

Didn't work for me....tried do add a few times and open without the install, but the script kept forwarding to the install function.... any other tip? Maybe try to add directly on the DB?

Yep. Actually, to make sure, it is the page for adding the admin user. The last step on the installation. When clicking the "Finish" button, it just cleans the form and stays on the page.
If i try to remove the "/install" from the URL it goes back to "index.php/install" =/
