Fixed. replace existing files with the contents of the following modified files.
1. App/Bitflan.php
pastebin.com
2. App/Listeners/LoginEventListener.php
pastebin.com
3. App/Http/Controllers/InstallerController.php
pastebin.com
after admin login clear, cache, views and config in Tools option.

@mysticmetal bro help me with this issue, when I update tool data (summary, description and title), it saves at backend but does not appear at the fron end. Please help

I added the database manually and successfully
but now when I add an admin user didn't redirect me to the admin login URL
when i open the admin URL manually and login the account I created didn't successfully
