Yes, as first thing you need to install OpenSSL on your VPS, in order to do it launch this command if you're running on Debian (recommended) or Ubuntu:

Bash:
sudo apt install openssl

Secondly, enable a subdomain (A Record type) from your domain control panel which redirects to the VPS IP address that is hosting CyberTools, for example: cybertools.yourdomain.com

Last but not least, I recommend to restrict the access to the VPS only to an IP range that belongs to your Private VPN Server, in this way the VPS it's protected from being accessed from everyone (and eventually used for hacking and/or exploited)! You can do it through IPTables rules, just google about how to do it and follow the steps, it's quite easy.

Let me know if everything is working smoothly now!

Hello people, Im still getti´ this:

500 server error
  • OpenSSL extension enable
  • Installing in a subdomain
Any idea how to solve it?
Edit the .htaccess code
replace
RewriteRule ^((?!public/).*)$ public/$1 [L,NC]
Put
RewriteRule ^(?!public/)(.*)$ public/$1 [L,NC]
It is better to write to support for the server to see a setting
mod_rewrite just tell them what's wrong and send them the code for the .htaccess file
Sorry, my English is poor

You need a VPS in order to run it, you can also use the Free Tier of AWS in order to run it, when you create your EC2 instance remember to use Debian as OS (Ubuntu sucks for security).

If you need a consultant for Infrastructure Management, Incident Prevention & Response Strategy Planning, Disaster Recovery Strategy Planning, Penetration Testing and Security Audits feel free to ask, I offer this as a Professional Service at a cheap hourly rate for Babiato's members. ;)

Guys on Shared Hosting this is not going to work, to get it working properly you need a VPS, AWS Free Tier EC2 Instance is okay! ;)
I am using oracle vps with cyberpanel control pannel, I installed the first version successfully but was having issues so I deleted it to install the current one, but I am getting 500 server error.

Which OS and which WebServer are you using? I suppose Oracle Linux but what about the WebServer? Apache, Nginx or Litespeed? Did you installed openssl?

I also have an apache server but when try to install i get "redirected many times error"
I can't determine from what it depends, it can be a misconfiguration tom the webserver or some dependency that is not installed, I'd need to have more detailed information. Anyway as said above, this is a Service I offer under cheap hourly rate for Babiato's members. :)
