I know how to use it. It's not the first time I buy an account. What a want to know is: You will refund me or replace me the account? Because I use it for 10 days. ONLY.
You give Warranty - 1 year.
So...now, I need to use this warranty.
1 year warranty means the offers will be valid for 1 year.
you will break TOS and i have to pay for that. this is not how things work.
people who bought from me before you are still using their account flawlessly. that means you have done something wrong. it's completely upto you

Man, you can't PROVE That I break TOS. The account was bloked. In your post you say about Edu Mail, without warranty. Ok.. My Edu Mail is LIVE. But the GitHub account not. And you ARE SELLING the account. So, I request you to solve this. If you give WARRANTY (check the meaning of warranty please) it's for this cases.
OFFER VALID it's not WARRANTY.
I bought, I pay. If you don't want to give me another account, refund me. Simple as that. You are a trusted Seller, and this situation can happen. You have to know how to deal with it. It's very easy and dishonest throw the guilt to the client, and say that its not your problem.
