It takes only 1 day 5 hours to get a Free Edu mail account..

Many unibersities gives edu emails.. like asu.. I am using .edu mail of asu (arizona state university).. If one don't have enough money to purchase, and can't even give few minutes for registeration on (such universities who provide free edu mails).. then he/she should FORGET ABOUT THIS #sadlyf

Many kitty lobers have shared ways to get free edu mail accounts in This Forum itself.. Those who have patience got free edu maills but others

Just Launch a Paypal Dispute if there's many problems

It's only $10, my concern isn't necessarily getting my money back. My main concern is that he has 2 open scam reports, it's documented he's doing nothing about it and scamming, yet not only is he still a member and not banned but he's listed as a "Trusted Seller" still.

Why allow him to continue selling, listed as a trusted seller when he obviously has no intention of acting in good faith. He/she will just continue to do this and more reports will be made.

Not really. If the seller get many scam reports & the problems not solve clearly, Mods should take care if he open new selling thread or trying sell more accounts.
About your situation, if you not try the best solution Mods given - Launch Paypal Dispute to get back your money, no way for Mods help you more!
