Try go to yourdomain/admin-cp/s3 from the right side deactivate FFMPEG System Settings OFF and try upload again new song and check if works or not.. Usually that happens because of not installed ffmpeg or wrong patch.. or missing php requirements for the script. Good luck

Just right click open picture and see the location go to your upload folder photos and upload d-avatar.jpg and d-cover.jpg files from the script also for logo you have to go in admin panel design / change site design setup your logos and fav icons.. but if you or someone register new account and change the cover and avatar pic they will automatically deleted and you will have the same problem. Im trying to find out why thats happening because i have the same problem and all the time restoring default photos. Good luck
