I check all the previous comments, I am currently using O2Switch as hosting and not sure if that's the issue. I have other account with a different hosting provider that is on LiteSpeed Enterprise will check it on there.
the previous comments all highlighting issue with NGINX.cof file which i can't amend due to shared hosting environment.
I may have to consider a VPS for this and as per the documentation for Deepsound they have a preferred partner to go with ultahost ( i am not recommending them) i talked to them they don't support Deepsound in their shared hosting plan, however advised to go with VPS.
If anyone else has a different solution, please let me know.

So I moved from shared hosting to Hetzner VPS managing with Hestia, Using NGNIX with PHP-FPM stack and everything went smooth.
However only after two days without any script change I can no longer sign-in using my admin account or any account.
The only thing i tired to do was adding Google GA tag to container.html file.
not sure if anyone has gone though this or it's just me getting these surprises each day.

I recommend you to use a shared hosting with FFMPEG support, If your shared hosting doesn't support it, you get problems with the waves generator.
