add this on the top of the .htacccess file
php_value upload_max_filesize 28048M
php_value post_max_size 28048M
php_value max_execution_time 79000
php_value max_input_time 79000
and replace this file or add this file to the root

Forget, I've just installed correctly.
Fos those with Shared hosting and wait_timeout error you only need to rewrite the valor of wait_timeout in the index.php file of Install folder (using your file administrator of your hosting service).
Usually will say valor 1000, you need to change to the valor available in your hosting package.
I put 20 because my hosting package is Hostinger with a wait_timeout of 20, you can ask to your hosting provider what's the valor in your hosting plan.
I attached images of the change.

I'm having trouble uploading songs or albums, although in the settings this is with the maximum value of uploads. when I try to upload the songs it only does halfway then it stops as if it had crashed
Turn off the multiple uploads and go to the upload limit and put it to maximum both free and paid. And check that the upload folder is on 777 permissions since you have low limit upload time
Now you got me, I'm stored on google drive and where is the free and paid upload section?
