Not really, I just didn't understand that I had to create my account, import the file and then download it. Everything worked, thanks the support

Yes, unfortunately it is, it is not very convenient, but administrators do not delete files unlike mega.nz , used for the first time mega.nz and the first time they deleted the file =)

Yandex is a google relative of Russia, so even on google, they used to make you log in before downloading from drive.
