Hi Dear @commodoor Thanks for your response.
the theme is not working properly or compatible with the Elementor and i have the same issue whenever i deactivate elementor plugin website will open but without Elementor plugin website all mess-up.
I also check the seller/developer comments on the codecanyon.
they have some kind of update which will fix the compatibility issue with elementor.
please check if you can get these updates.

Hey bro,

Here is a Fresh Theme download and is UNTOUCHED But I think it still works without null
