Before buying I would like to clarify some issues:
1. Contact no. +1 (818)-736-9482 belongs to another site digitalgivings.com which too has same issues.
2. Is +1 (818)-736-9482 number real? Kindly include Indian contact number.
3. "What customers Say" talks about 5-star TrustPilot ,Facebook ratings. These FaceBook and TrustPilot accounts do not exist.
4. Host is registered July 2021. One testimonial says she is using this hosting for 2 years. This
site is not even 1 year old. How come? Are those EU/US testimonials real? No one from India.
5. "About Us" and "Our Team" pages are missing.
6. Address is missing.

Well, first of all, we use a third party customer service specialists to providing the best support to our managed server buyers and it might be a possibility the same number was assigned to someone else earlier, however, we don't offer calls support under the offer provided here(Nor our Our Premium Web Hosting customers are provided the support by call, that's only for our managed plan holders, and the same is already mentioned on our sales thread.)
Secondly, we're into hosting business since 3 years for now and earlier named as GlobexHost registered in Singapore, however due to IPR issues we migrated our users and registered as NexifyHost.
Thirdly, As our company is not Indian, nor we advertise it as Indian, we can't provide an Indian number for the support (that's as per our internal decisions, nor call support offered under the offer here)
And having About Us page or Our Team page, doesn't matters to us or our users as they knows ur better and our service better, and we don't find any need to have that as well. The same goes with Address.
