anyone can help ? why i cant edit this theme. ex : logo, footer, etc ... whyyyyy

Goto Discy settings, from there you can changes logos, footer etc.

Here i go. edited logo "remove it" then save.... and nothing change... that logo still stay there..
when i go back discy setting. its not change... default logo still there. why ?

May be caching issue , try hard refresh (CTRL+F5) , & change the PHP max input vars value .
