Ok so not website related but after hearing a well repected mod here has been a bit poorly I had to post this.

I've never been one for all this health supplement stuff and you would use to find me after work in the pub having a pint or 10 :ROFLMAO:

I was sceptical but I usually get around 3 colds a year and I haven't had any illness since I started taking this 13 months ago.

Disease prevention cocktail:

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid powder) - High dose - 5000mg minimum - I personally take 12000mg split into 3 doses a day (in a drink). Your body can only absorb a certain amount of this so by splitting it in 3 doses you will absorb more. You will actually be getting far less than what you take and you piss out the rest.

Magenesium - As much as your body can take before it having a laxative effect - you need to work out what works for you. I take 4000mg as magnesium sulphate in a glass of water at night (can help you sleep). its cheap and you can get it as epsom salt on ebay and will last for a long time. I got the organic stuff which is natural and is mined some of the stuff can be man made. It tastes horrible so you need to add lemon juice to make it more palitable. Plays up to 300 roles in your body.

Selenium - 200 mcg once a day - Selenium is a precursor to glutathione which is produced in your liver and is the most powerful antioxidant in the human body.

N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) 600mg once a day - Another precursor to glutathione and an anti clotting agent.

Zinc - 15mg x 2 a day - Plays a v important role in your immune system.

Viamin D - 25iu x 2 a day - Also plays a v important role in your immune system.

Apple Pectin 800mg once a day - Flushes crap from your system and helps get rid of heavy metals and radiation.

Curcumin (turmeric) - Various doses available, I take 1 x 600mg - Powerful anti inflamatory and blood thinner.

Multi vitamin with minerals x 1 - Gives you a bit of everything plus adds a little more to your selenuim C, D and zinc dose.

If you go on youtube and search magnesium disease prevention and vitamin c disease prevention lots of videos come up. I took what different people recommend and tweaked it to make my own.

If you shake me I now rattle :ROFLMAO:

Is it harmful to take zinc everyday?
not if you do that with caution and medicinal advice
Including zinc in your diet every day is okay, provided it is within the recommended daily allowance, which is 8 mg for women and 11 mg for adult men.

15mg twice a day?
meaning 30mg?
no sir ty :)

The recommended free sugar intake a day is 30g and alcohol consumption is 14 units a week here in the UK who sticks to that :ROFLMAO: by all means don't take anything that you're not happy putting in your body!
