these two red circles are icons
BLOG has a dropdown menu that's the reason why 3 appears after that.
and
LOGIN has its own login symbol and that U symbol after that is an icon of login.(that's search icon sry for that)

These icons misbehave and not working properly because the ICON FONT is missing.
You need to find out these icons website and fix the icons font link properly.

Update this in your .htaccess file

Code:
# ----------------------------------------------------------------------
# Webfont access
# ----------------------------------------------------------------------
# Allow access from all domains for webfonts.
# Alternatively you could only whitelist your
# subdomains like "subdomain.example.com".
<IfModule mod_headers.c>
  <FilesMatch "\.(ttf|ttc|otf|eot|woff|woff2|font.css|css|js)$">
    Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin "*"
  </FilesMatch>
</IfModule>
