Thanks a lot @vijay1 !!!
Just tested some layouts and they are working just fine!

FYI: These layout packs requires you to import them through
WP Dashboard Side Menu > Divi > Divi Library > Import / Export

From dashboard > Divi > Divi Library . Did not work
From Visual Editor > where import/export icon is. Did Not work
From Page editor > Where import/export icon is. Did Not work .

If you read my post below, i had the same issue.

Try to delete it and install again, maybe it helps.

Dashboard > Divi > Divi library > import/Export > Import > Select .json File downloaded from above link > tick import presets > Now import file..


Remember if you download file in zip format from mega 1st unzip it and then try to import....
Let me know if it works..

Problem persist take screenshot share here..
